My education gave me a strong foundation in law, communication, finance, and organizational strategy—which I’ve applied to the world of media production for over seven years.
My professional experience can be divided into two core areas: documentary and commercial film production, and marketing and brand communications.
At Staya.doc, a production company I co-founded with peers from university, I’ve led a wide range of projects—from award-winning documentaries to branded content for clients like Time, National Geographic, Nikon, and AliExpress. I developed new directions within the studio, including podcasts and YouTube shows, and launched the Volk shooting pavilion—a multifunctional set space that enabled us to scale production, build sets efficiently, and generate rental income.
One of my key documentary projects was Far Eastern Golgotha—a politically charged film about an opposition blogger in Amursk. I secured funding for the project through Citymobil, and after its release, the film was longlisted for the Oscars, received international awards, and was ultimately banned in Russia.
The second part of my experience lies in leading marketing and integrated brand campaigns. At Yandex Eats, I led international content and campaign production across CIS countries. I oversaw the launch of the premium brand ULTIMA, managing large-scale integrated marketing communications (IMC) that included TV, OOH, radio, OLV, and digital performance channels. A key area of focus was event production and merchandise development—two disciplines I view as powerful storytelling tools that bring brands to life through tangible experiences and creative design.I’m passionate about meaningful, large-scale creative work—whether in the documentary field or through immersive brand communication—and I thrive on leading cross-functional teams across borders.

Viktor is convinced that he must save his city — and all of Russia — from inevitable collapse. He embarks on the most pivotal journey of his life, unaware of the chain of events he is about to set in motion.
